I started wrestling when I was 24 - which is often considered quite late (particularly in comparison to many other coaches or competitive athletes). For me this late start is just proof that no matter what age you start, as long as you work hard and show dedication, you can get very far (tho I might have to give up on dreams of competing at Olympics).

I've experienced wrestling from every role possible: competitive athlete, coach, referee, media person, and particularly a fan.

My coaching ethos is that wrestling should be an accessible sport to everyone, and I aim to make my classes supportive while challenging.
As a fan of the sport, my #1 favorite wrestler is Abdulrashid Sadulaev.
