Basics

All levels welcome
A class focused on learning basic wrestling moves, building strength, mobility and cardio in a fun and safe environment.
Advanced

Experienced wrestlers
This class is designed for those with a solid foundation in the fundamentals of freestyle wrestling and are looking to elevate their skills to the next level. Focusing on advanced techniques, strategies, and conditioning.
Sparring

Experienced wrestlers
Designed for wrestlers to apply techniques in live, controlled practice sessions. Focusing on improving timing, strategy, and match flow, participants engage in full sparring rounds to sharpen their skills under pressure.
S & C

Everybody
Strength & Conditioning, designed to build power, endurance, and agility, this class focuses on exercises tailored for wrestlers to dominate on the mat. Perfect for all skill levels looking to enhance performance and prevent injuries.
Mixed

All levels
Designed for wrestlers of all levels to learn and refine freestyle techniques. Combining drills, sparring, and live wrestling. Whether you’re new to freestyle or looking to sharpen your technique, this class provides a well-rounded approach to developing your wrestling abilities.
Open Mat

Everybody
Ideal for athletes of all levels, the open mat format encourages experimentation, collaboration, and focused improvement, providing a great opportunity to hone your technique and conditioning in a supportive, hands-on setting.
Core

For complete beginners
Classes on building up towards wrestling. Focus will be on stance work, shadow wrestling, shots & sprawls, as well as strength, mobility and cardio. Lots of movement but very little partnered techniques. Our lowest intensity session.
